As the organization currently operates with a workforce below the statutory threshold prescribed under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the company remains committed to adopting appropriate preventive and ethical workplace practices aligned with the spirit of the POSH Act.
This PoSH Policy is established in alignment with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Benevo Management Private Limited is committed to maintaining dignity, equality, and workplace safety for every individual associated with the organization.
This policy applies to employees, consultants, interns, trainees, clients, vendors, visitors, and individuals associated with Benevo Management Private Limited in any professional capacity.
The organization maintains zero tolerance towards sexual harassment, inappropriate behavior, verbal misconduct, intimidation, or gender-based discrimination within the workplace or professional interactions.
Sexual harassment may include unwelcome physical contact, inappropriate remarks, offensive communication, requests for favors, intimidation, displaying inappropriate material, or any conduct creating a hostile, unsafe, or uncomfortable environment.
Individuals experiencing or witnessing inappropriate behavior may report concerns through official communication channels of the organization. Complaints will be handled with seriousness, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
As the organization currently has less than ten personnel, a formal Internal Committee (IC) may not presently be constituted under applicable provisions of the PoSH Act. Where required, complaints may be referred to the Local Complaints Committee constituted by the appropriate District Authority.
All complaints, discussions, proceedings, and related information shall be treated with strict confidentiality to protect the dignity and privacy of all parties involved.
Benevo Management Private Limited promotes awareness, sensitization, ethical workplace culture, and preventive measures through training, workshops, and professional conduct practices.
No individual shall face retaliation, discrimination, or adverse treatment for reporting concerns in good faith under this policy.
